The use of high-quality insulating and winding materials for the preservation of the high-quality standard
Production programm
We manufacture transformers and winding goods for you from all common core designs such as EE, ETD, EC, EP, RM, PM, UI or shell cores. Wire, litz, hf-litz-wire with a wide range of insulations can be used as winding material. Copper foils in various widths and thicknesses are also used.
The transformers can be impregnated under vacuum in an electro-insulating resin system. This achieves an overall improvement in reliability. It is also possible to make a potting for the transformers with polyurethane resin.
By using one of our UL read isolation systems, you save time and costs in device reading. Since our insulation systems are classified in insulating material classes B and F, they have the possibility to increase the permissible over temperature or to choose a smaller design via conventional systems.
The transformers are subjected to a 100% electrical final test. The test is carried out on programmable L-Q measuring bridges. The test is documented and archived in accordance with the guidelines of our QA system.
